RAS PLLC is a limited service firm located in College Grove, Tennessee. We have been providing quality service to our clients since 2009. Our staff has extensive background in public accounting, corporate financial reporting, payroll preparation and related filings, income tax preparation for individuals (including sole proprietors and LLCs). We are also proud to be an IRS Authorized E-filer and a Certified Tennessee Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).

We place emphasis on quality of service. As a prerequisite to renewing a license with the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy, our staff is required to meet 80 approved hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements, including 2 hours of Ethics. Also, as a condition for performing attest services, including compilations, we are required to participate in a rigorous quality control program, which includes peer reviews of our accounting practice every three years. These reviews ensure our compliance with the highest of professional standards and our commitment to maintaining the highest continuing professional education standards as required by federal and state agencies.

Staff Profile

The sole owner and the sole professional employee is Mr. Innocent Dargbey, a Certified Public Accountant. While with BDO Seidman, LLP from 2005 to 2009, Mr. Dargbey performed numerous audits of financial statements, audits of internal controls and other Sarbanes-Oxley required procedures as well as bankruptcy related analyses. Mr. Dargbey also has over sixteen years of experience with corporate operational and financial accounting and reporting and controls.

Mr. Dargbey holds the Bachelor of Science and the Master of Science in Finance degrees from the Higher Institute of Economics, Sofia, Bulgaria as well as the Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in Tennessee and also a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
